- Must have hotel certificate when booking reservations, can not provide RueLaLa/MediaMax confirmation number
- RueLaLa/MediaMax members are encouraged to book as soon as possible to ensure the best availability
- Redemption is based on space availability and unavailable dates do apply
- Limit of 2 gift cards per night redeemable per guest, based on availability
- Only valid at the location specified on the complimentary gift certificate
- Certificate is provided complimentary by the Hotel and has no cash value
- Certificate can not be extended after expiration date
- Certificate is not commissionable
- Certificate must be presented at time of service
- Certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- Certificate may not be partially redeemed and any unused portion will not be refunded
- Certificate must be presented at time of check-in
- Credit Card required at time of booking to guarantee and upon check-in to cover incidentals
- Certificate may not be combined with other discounts, offers, special or promotional rates
- Certificate may not be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or gift certificates in whole or in part
- Failure to Cancel reservation will result in full redemption of the gift card
